Tryout Fee - $10.00 - All players must register and pay online prior to tryouts.

IF FOR SOME REASON YOU CANNOT PRINT OUT THE ABOVE FORM THERE WILL BE COPIES AT THE TRYOUT TO FILL OUT.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING TO TRYOUTS:

T-shirt or athletic shirt, spandex or shorts, knee pads, socks and athletic shoes.

Don't forget hair ties and/or headband to keep your hair out of your face.

Water bottle to keep hydrated.
